Basketball Recap: Pinconning Comes Up Short

Pinconning lost against St. Louis back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Pinconning Spartans were dealt a 53-21 loss at the hands of the St. Louis Sharks.

Pinconning has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season. As for St. Louis, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pinconning won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Cass City at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Louis, they will square off against Ogemaw Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
