Football Preview: Grantsville Cowboys vs. Ogden Tigers
Grantsville has gone 3-0 against Ogden recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Last Friday, Grantsville blew past Ben Lomond, posting a 48-13 victory on the road.
Grantsville's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Dallan Van Vliet, who threw for 165 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 passes, and Jayden Atkinson, who rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. Atkinson's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards dating back to last season. A big part of Ogden's win came down to the chemistry between Vinscent Apodaca and his top target Synic Harvey. Apodaca threw for 189 yards and two touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes while Harvey picked up 115 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
