Basketball Preview: Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers vs. Jeffersontown Chargers
Pleasure Ridge Park is 5-0 against the Chargers since December of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers are on the road again and plays the Jeffersontown Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on February 5th. Pleasure Ridge Park will be strutting in after a win while the Chargers will be coming in after a defeat.
Even though Male scored an imposing 57 points on Wednesday, Pleasure Ridge Park still came out on top. Pleasure Ridge Park secured a 63-57 W over the Bulldogs.
Meanwhile, Jeffersontown had to suffer through a rough 67-1 loss at the hands of the Wildcats. Jeffersontown was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-0.
Pleasure Ridge Park is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. As for Jeffersontown, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-10.
