The Ringgold Rams will face off against the Laurel Highlands Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Ringgold will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Ringgold will bounce into Monday's matchup after beating Mt. Pleasant, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. The Rams' pitcher stepped up to hand the Vikings a 5-0 shutout on Tuesday.

Not much got past Anthony Koziel, who gave up just four hits and racked up six Ks to keep Mt. Pleasant off the board. Koziel also tossed no walks, which is notable because Ringgold is 4-2 when he allows at most one walk, but 4-7 otherwise.
At the plate, Ringgold saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Bartkus, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.
Uniontown hit Laurel Highlands with a five-run first inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Mustangs took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Raiders. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Michael Smith was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over 4.2 innings pitched. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single earned run, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in March.
On the hitting side, Noah Lion and Sevi Vecchiolla stepped up to the plate in a big way. Lion went 1-for-3 with two runs and two RBI, while Vecchiolla went 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI.
Ringgold's victory bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Laurel Highlands, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.
Ringgold got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in May of 2025 against Laurel Highlands by a conclusive 6-0 score. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mustangs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
