Fisher IV Posts Huge Game in 49-19 Win
Starting off the list is Wylie East's Howard Fisher IV, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Fisher IV rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 299 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 12.5 yards per attempt.
Wylie East pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Fisher IV will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Rowlett on Friday.

Unfortunately for Garland, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Ausborne. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Ausborne saw the Owls), he rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown.

Daylon Gordon put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Thursday. He rushed for 133 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 54 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
On the year, Gordon has averaged 14.1 receiving yards per game.

Big Game from Perales As Naaman Forest Fell 49-19
Rounding off our Top Five is DeAngelo Perales of Naaman Forest. Perales rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 145 yards and a touchdown.
Naaman Forest's defeat was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-4. They and North Garland are set to duel on Friday.
