Basketball Recap: Boyd County Beats Niobrara/Verdigre for Their Third Straight Victory

Boyd County extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Hudson Hoffman. The Boyd County Spartans took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 63-22 win over the Niobrara/Verdigre Cougars with plenty of help from Hoffman, who en route to 31 points and five steals. He is becoming a predictor of Boyd County's success: when he posts at least three steals the team is 8-2 (and 5-7 when he doesn't).
