Mountain Range is 6-1 against Prairie View since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Mountain Range Mustangs will head out on the road to face off against the Prairie View Thunderhawks at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Mountain Range is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest defeat since December 1, 2023 on Tuesday. They lost 77-51 to Boulder. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Prairie View was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 65-61 to Brighton. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Thursday (55), the Thunderhawks still had to take the loss.

Prairie View's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Mountain Range, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-9.

Mountain Range beat Prairie View 77-65 in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mountain Range since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
