Basketball Recap: Henry Ford Academy Takes a Loss

If Henry Ford Academy was riding high fresh off their 52-2 takedown of Academy for Business & Tech last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Henry Ford Academy Navigators fell 57-49 to the Lincoln-King Academy Eagles on Friday. The Navigators have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Henry Ford Academy now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Lincoln-King Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Henry Ford Academy and Mt. Clemens will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lincoln-King Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Westfield Prep on Wednesday.
