Volleyball Recap: Lift for Life Academy Takes a Loss

Lift for Life Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Ritenour Huskies. The Hawks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Huskies earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Lift for Life Academy took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20, 25-23.

Among those leading the charge was Summer Loraine-Mack, who had 12 digs and two aces.

Lift for Life Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Ritenour, their record now sits at 7-20-3.

Lift for Life Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ritenour, they will take on Pattonville at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
