Basketball Recap: Rye Takes a Loss

Rye lost against Byram Hills back in March of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rye Garnets took a 55-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Byram Hills Bobcats. The match marked the Garnets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Rye's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Byram Hills, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1.

Rye will square off against Eastchester at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Byram Hills, they will venture away from home to challenge Harrison at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
