Volleyball Recap: Knoxville Central Comes Up Short

Knoxville Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Farragut Admirals.

Ally Bryant paced Knoxville Central's offense, picking up eight kills. Bryant got some help from Jolie Sheddan and her seven assists. Bryant was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Knoxville Central's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Farragut, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-8.

Knoxville Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against East Hamilton on the 27th. As for Farragut, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Science Hill on the 27th.
