Providence Catholic won the last time they faced Lemont and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Celtics came out on top against the Lemont HS by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Celtics.

Providence Catholic got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 30-28.

Sean Dovin paced Providence Catholic's offense, picking up 13 kills. Dovin got some help from Andrew Lubinski and his 29 assists.

Providence Catholic's record now sits at 9-18. As for Lemont, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Providence Catholic will face off against DePaul College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lemont, they will challenge Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
