Baseball Recap: Colville's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

It's playoff time, and Colville had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 10-7 victory over the Naches Valley Rangers on Saturday. That's two games straight that the Crimson Hawks have won by exactly three runs.

The team relied heavily on Jet Bateman, who went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Colville: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 5-11 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Luke Bateman, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.

The win (which was Colville's third in a row) raised their record to 12-11.
