Basketball Recap: Albert Lea Comes Up Short

They came up short against the Austin Packers, falling 72-50. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 81-56 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Albert Lea's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Austin, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Albert Lea will be playing at home against Winona at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Austin, they will head out to take on Owatonna at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Owatonna is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.8 points per game this season.
