Volleyball Recap: Northland Prep Academy Snags Eighth Victory in Last Nine Games + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Flagstaff, Northland Prep Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Holbrook Roadrunners 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-5, 25-16.

Malia Turner had a dynamite game, getting ten aces and five digs. Those ten aces gave her a new career-high.

Turner wasn't the only good servers: Northland Prep Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. The Spartans are 14-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Northland Prep Academy is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-9 record this season. As for Holbrook, they dropped their record down to 2-22 with the loss, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.
