Football Recap: Southside Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Southside lost against Dixie back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers were beaten by the Hornets 41-14.

Brandon Nance went supernova For Dixie., rushing for 141 yards and five TDs while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. Jayden Martin helped out on the ground, rushing for 81 yards.

Southside's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Dixie, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Southside will head out to take on Berea at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Dixie, they will welcome Clear Dot Charter at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
