If High Tech CV wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Southwest SD, they should've done a better job of containing Noah Soltero. The Raiders breezed past the Bruins to the tune of 85-56 on Friday with plenty of help from Soltero, who posted 38 points. He is becoming a predictor of Southwest SD's success: when he posts at least 25 points the team is undefeated (and 3-4 when he doesn't).

The team also got some help courtesy of Leo Holguin, who scored ten points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Southwest SD's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for High Tech CV, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Coincidentally, Southwest SD and High Tech CV will both be playing Granite Hills the next time they take the court. The Bruins will head out to face the Eagles at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 6:30 p.m.
