Baseball Recap: Compass Academy Find Success

Compass Academy had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 21-run drubbing they dealt Greenwood on Monday. The Cougars never let the Rangers get on the board and left with a 21-0 win.

JACKSON CLARK was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March of 2025. He was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases.

In other batting news, CANYON BOWNDS was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. KASON TRAVIS was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Compass Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
