Softball Recap: South Lyon Takes a Loss

South Lyon fell victim to Stevenson and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 7-0 to the Spartans. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Lions' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

South Lyon's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Stevenson, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 22-8-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Lyon will face off against Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The last three games the Patriots have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Stevenson, they will be playing at home against Canton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
