Football Game Preview: Priory Panthers vs. Tomales Braves + How To Watch

The Priory Panthers are headed away from home for the first time to challenge the Tomales Braves at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Priory will be strutting in after a win while Tomales will be coming in after a defeat.

On Saturday, everything came up roses for Priory against Roseland University Prep as the team secured a 59-22 victory. The Panthers pushed the score to 59-14 by the end of the third, a deficit the Knights cut but never quite recovered from.

Priory can attribute much of their success to Aidan Ji, who rushed for 14 yards and one score, and also threw for 58 yards and one TD. That's the most passing yards Ji has posted since back in September.

Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, Tomales' good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 36-29 to Potter Valley.

Priory has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 48.2 points over those games. As for Tomales, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 7-2.
