Baseball Game Preview: Plano East Panthers vs. McKinney Lions

For the second straight game, Plano East will face off against McKinney. The Panthers will look to defend their home field on Thursday against the Lions at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Plano East has three straight victories, McKinney has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

It was a proper cat-fight when Plano East challenged McKinney on Wednesday. The Panthers walked away with a 4-1 win over the Lions.

Plano East saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Drew Devillier, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. That hit was Devillier's first of the season.

Plano East now has a winning record of 13-12-1. As for McKinney, their loss dropped their record down to 10-15.
