Wall had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Blanco Panthers, posting an 85-14 victory. The Hawks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the defeat, Blanco saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ashton Uballe posted six points and six rebounds. Uballe has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 12 times she's played.

The win (which was Wall's seventh in a row) raised their record to 23-8. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.9 points over those games. As for Blanco, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which is still a better percentage than their 7-25 record this season.

Looking ahead, Wall will take on Tolar at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Wall knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Tolar likes a good challenge. Blanco does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
