Mansfield's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.3 runs over those games. As for Boswell, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

While Mansfield had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
