Mendon Unity waltzed into their game on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Beardstown Tigers by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Mendon Unity was: they took both sets by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-9.

Mendon Unity's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Beardstown, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-11.

Mendon Unity didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Galva on the 20th. As for Beardstown, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Havana on the 18th.
