Soccer Recap: Asheville School (Independent) Takes a Loss

Asheville School (Independent) was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons. The match was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Asheville School (Independent) couldn't quite close it out.

Asheville School (Independent)'s loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.
