After losing to Ogemaw Heights the last time they met, Beaverton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Beavers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Falcons on Thursday, sneaking past 2-1.

Beaverton's win bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Ogemaw Heights, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-12-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beaverton will challenge Harrison at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hornets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.06 runs per game on average), something the Beavers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Ogemaw Heights, they will face off against Mio-Au Sable at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
