Industrial put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 5-1 win over the Lamar Consolidated Mustangs. This was payback for the Cobras, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Industrial's victory was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Easton Larew, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Industrial's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Lamar Consolidated, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
