Baseball Recap: Daniel Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Daniel challenged Seneca on Tuesday. The Lions fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost four in a row.

Daniel's loss dropped their record down to 21-10. As for Seneca, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-5 record this season.

While Daniel had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
