King City is 2-8 against Pacific Grove since April of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The King City Mustangs will head out on the road to face off against the Pacific Grove Breakers at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Grove took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on King City, who comes in off a win.

King City can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Gonzales with a sharp 23-0 win. While fans of King City might be used to big wins, the 23-run margin marked the team's biggest one yet.

Jocelyn Romero and Malaya Carrillo made a big impact no matter where they played. Throwing, Romero tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Carrillo pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
