Atlantic is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They blew past Deerfield Beach 28-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, St. Thomas Aquinas never let their opponents score on Thursday. They blew past Boyd Anderson 22-0. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 16th, while the Cobras are ranked 65th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win (which was St. Thomas Aquinas' fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-1. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 20.5 points. As for Atlantic, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.
