Chesterfield won the last time they faced Cheraw and things went their way on Friday too. The Golden Rams were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Braves.

The team relied heavily on Kai Pace, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March.

Chesterfield's win bumped their record up to 7-10-1. As for Cheraw, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chesterfield will host North Central at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so the Golden Rams' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
