Olympia is 8-2 against Apopka since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Olympia Titans will challenge the Apopka Blue Darters at 7:30 p.m. Olympia will be strutting in after a victory while Apopka will be coming in after a defeat.

On Friday, Olympia didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Boone, but they still walked away with a 70-66 win. Given the Titans' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 41st, while the Braves are ranked 221st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Apopka's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 59-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of Windermere.

Apopka's loss dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Olympia, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Olympia against Apopka when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 67-30 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Olympia since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
