Sunnybrook Christian had won 11 straight games and Gabe Minica did his part to make it 12 on Thursday. The Sunnybrook Christian Lions walked away with a 63-51 victory over Cornerstone Christian Academy thanks to Minica, who almost dropped a double-double with 35 points and nine boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 12 games he's played.

Another player making a difference was Jordan Vela, who posted four points in addition to six rebounds and six steals. Those six steals gave him a new career-high.

Sunnybrook Christian's win bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-5.
