Volleyball Recap: Hinsdale Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Hinsdale Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack. The Red Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolfpack apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2022.

Hinsdale Central was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-18.

Hinsdale Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

Hinsdale Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Willowbrook on the 25th. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Fenwick on the 25th.
