For the first time this season, Coahulla Creek will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Sonoraville Phoenix at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Coahulla Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.8 points per game this season.

Coahulla Creek saw some tournament action on Monday. They took a hard 59-43 fall against Signal Mountain. The Colts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite their loss, Coahulla Creek saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Teagan Houser, who posted 17 points and five boards, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Waelyn Baliles, who went 7-for-12 on his way to 15 points.

Meanwhile, Sonoraville took a blow against Summit on Tuesday, falling 60-26.

Coahulla Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Sonoraville, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.

Coahulla Creek came up short against Sonoraville in their previous meeting back in January, falling 62-58. Can the Colts avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
