Soccer Recap: Oceanside Collegiate Academy Starts off Right with Win over Clover

Oceanside Collegiate Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Sunday. Everything went their way against the Clover Blue Eagles as the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks made off with a 3-0 victory. This was payback for the Landsharks, who suffered a 4-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

They hit Clover with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Parker DeLuca, Grady Molino, and Ryan Lozano.

Clover's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-2.

Oceanside Collegiate Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-2 win against Cardinal Newman on the 15th. As for Clover, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Rock Hill on the 11th.
