ALA - Ironwood barely beat San Tan Foothills the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. ALA - Ironwood was the clear victor by a 16-6 margin over San Tan Foothills on Monday. The Warriors' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Antonia Benzor and Salem Taylor did most of the damage at the plate: Benzor got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Taylor went 2-for-3 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. That's the most RBI Benzor has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Sophia Donhardt, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

ALA - Ironwood always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .730. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

ALA - Ironwood's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-9. As for San Tan Foothills, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
