Game recap: Birdville High School Football Team defeats Chisholm Trail

Xavier Turner ran for six touchdowns to lift Birdville (North Richland Hills, Texas) to a 64-30 defeat over Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, Texas). The scores gave the senior 34 touchdowns for the year.

After taking the lead on a Turner touchdown run in the first quarter, the Hawks were up 34-4 at the half.

Birdville grew its lead to 42 points entering the fourth quarter. BHS scored four times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by Turner.

The loss was the third in a row for the Rangers.

Birdville (7-2) goes up against Poly in a 4A Region I District 6 game matchup next week, while Chisholm Trail (2-6) locks horns with Poly also in a 4A Region I District 6 game.
