Farmingdale gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. Everything went their way against Syosset as they made off with a 51-28 win. The victory continues a trend for the Dalers in their matchups with Syosset: they've now won three in a row.

Farmingdale had a senior duo take command as Josh Kama rushed for 250 yards and four TDs on only 13 carries and Jovens Theodate rushed for 109 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Farmingdale was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 359 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Syosset only rushed for seven rushing yards.

Syosset's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Ethan Dizon, who threw for 280 yards and one touchdown, and Raghav Ghosh, who picked up 104 receiving yards and one score.

Coming up, Farmingdale will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Oceanside on Saturday. As for Syosset, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Freeport on the 27th.
