Daphne entered their tilt with Gardendale on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Rockets by a score of 2-0.

Claire Michels paced Daphne's offense, picking up five kills. Michels got some help from Grace Thigpen and her 11 assists. Ella Lomaz controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Daphne's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Gardendale, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Daphne has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Ocean Springs on the 23rd. As for Gardendale, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Hayden at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
