Baseball Recap: West Clermont Wolves vs. Covington Catholic Colonels
West Clermont made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Covington Catholic, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Wolves were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Colonels on Tuesday. The Wolves not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 25, 2024.
Zach Swartz tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 12 over 4.1 innings pitched. Those 12 strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
