Baseball Recap: Southwestern Randolph Takes a Loss

Southwestern Randolph was the 11-5 winner over Trinity when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. Southwestern Randolph fell 11-7 to Trinity on Friday.

Southwestern Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Trinity, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Southwestern Randolph Cougars duke it out with Randleman Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Randleman will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Southwestern Randolph surely won't give up without a fight. As for Trinity, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Uwharrie Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m.
