Football Recap: Jude Keltner Key Part of Team Effort in Rockets Win + How To Watch

New Lisbon's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 20-18 win over the Necedah Cardinals. The Rockets haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

New Lisbon's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jude Keltner led the charge by picking up 75 receiving yards and one score, while also rushing for 84 yards. An impressive showing, but Keltner really ramped things up playing D: he picked up two sacks and made 15 total tackles (4.0 for loss). Josh Homan did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 94 receiving yards.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to New Lisbon's defense and their three sacks. Leading the way was Keltner with two.

New Lisbon's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Necedah, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.
