Softball Recap: Westbrook Has No Trouble Against Morgan

Westbrook hadn't done well against Morgan recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Knights were the clear victors by a 20-3 margin over the Huskies. The game marked the Knights' most dominant win of the season.

Westbrook's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-9. As for Morgan, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Looking ahead, Westbrook will face off against Hale Ray at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Noises will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Morgan, they will square off against East Lyme at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
