Volleyball Recap: Mead Falls Short Against Ranked Ridgeline

Mead faced Ridgeline in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Panthers fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 3-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Mead was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Ridgeline work for it, especially in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 23-25, 19-25, 26-24, 15-10.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mead fell to 2-1. As for Ridgeline, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
