Volleyball Game Preview: Charlottesville Black Knights vs. Louisa County Lions + How To Watch

Charlottesville is 1-9 against Louisa County since October of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Black Knights will host the Lions at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Charlottesville lost 3-0 to Fluvanna County on Thursday.

Louisa County had taken Monticello down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Thursday. The Lions fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 3-2. While the Lions didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Mustangs 25-15 in the first set.

Louisa County actually scored more points across those five sets (98-97), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 17-25, 25-21, 25-15, 15-12.

Charlottesville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Louisa County, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.
