Football Recap: Kinsley Coyotes vs. Ashland Blue Jays
Kinsley gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They blew past the Ashland Blue Jays 54-22 at home.
Kinsley found their leader in underclassman Brady Kraft, who picked up two sacks and made six total tackles (2.0 for loss). Speaking of playmakers, who could forget Braison Sexton, who went all the way with a kickoff return for a touchdown.
On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Kinsley's defense and their three sacks. In that department, Kraft was the leader with two.
Kinsley will take on Macksville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ashland, they will look to take advantage of their home-field for the first time this season as they take on South Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
