Basketball Recap: Lower Richland Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Lower Richland, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 42-28 victory over the Darlington Falcons on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Diamond Hornets as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Lower Richland's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Darlington, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 8-3 record.

Lower Richland will head out to face off against Crestwood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Darlington, they will welcome Lakewood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lakewood is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51 points per game this season.
