Softball Recap: Springfield Yellow Jackets vs. Clarksville Wildcats
Springfield fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Clarksville on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 6-4. The Yellow Jackets just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.
Ella Shoulders was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Those two runs gave her a new career-high. Kinsley Pryor also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
