Auburn was forced to take a big defeat against Stadium on Tuesday, they got the better of them on Wednesday. The Trojans came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 8-3. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Tigers on Tuesday, they had to take a 8-1 loss.

Isaac Gerstner was excellent, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high.

Auburn always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .545. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Stadium only posted an OBP of .382.

Auburn's record is now 4-11. As for Stadium, their defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-11.

Coming up, Auburn will challenge Auburn Mountainview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lions have averaged an impressive 12.1 runs per game this season. As for Stadium, they will face off against Emerald Ridge at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
